DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA) SHIPPING INFORMATION

- Shipping is free on all Australian orders. There is no minimum spend.
- All orders are shipped using a courier service and despatched from our facility in Brisbane, QLD, 4110, Australia.

- We aim to have your order processed, picked, packed and despatched within 2-4 business days.
- Please allow up to 14 days for delivery as delivery times vary depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

- All orders are shipped using Australia Post and despatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD 4110 Australia.

- To track and trace your order please visit auspost.com.au. Please note that some items when they leave Australian borders are non-trackable.

- We aim to have your order processed, picked, packed and despatched within 2-4 business days. With that said, please allow 14-21 days for delivery as delivery times vary depending on your location.

- Although charges do not always occur, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid and is the responsibility of the receiver.
- Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. We do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, however, we unfortunately have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly.
- If you want to know how much customs will charge you or why there is a delay in processing your order through customs, you will need to call the customs office in your country.

OTHER

Our products vary and are boxed and shipped differently. Therefore, different items in your order may arrive on separate days. Please allow a few days to account for this. We unfortunately have no control over items not arriving together, but hang in there, your items will arrive.

If your first item has arrived and you still don't have all your items after two weeks from the date of order, please contact our team and we will help you out and ensure you get everything you purchased.

If you choose to purchase an item that is out of stock, we will send you a follow up email with options for your order.

Option #1 Wait until the product is back in stock
If you choose to hold your order and wait for the out of stock item to go back into inventory and ship your order complete, this does not reserve any products that you have ordered. If you go with this option, you run the risk of other items in your order going out of stock.

Option #2 Ship you the products available now at no extra charge to you
If you choose this option, we will release the available items in your order at no extra charge to you. Once the product is back in stock, your order will ship. This helps ensure that your entire order is received once we're back in stock.

Bulk orders are excluded from free shipping. Due to the fact that the products are being shipped in bulk, shipping costs stay relatively low.
